Step One
Once we’ve both determined we’re a good fit to work together on our first discovery call, we will go ahead and audit your Klaviyo account.
In this audit, we will identify all possible room for improvement inside your account, such as: Flows you’re missing, existing Flows to be optimized, Campaign strategy, Deliverability issues, Email design tips, copywriting tips, and so much more.
Step Two
Once we’ve delivered your audit to you, and we both determine it makes sense to work together, we will start the onboarding process to bring you on as a client and create a personalized email & sms marketing strategy for your ecom brand.
We’ll go over the strategy with you, and if you give us the go, then we move into step 3…
Step Three
This is where the true work begins. What we implement for your brand depends on what we came up with together in the personalized strategy we developed for you in Step #2.
This can include but is not limited to: Email/sms flows, email/sms campaign calendars, deliverability optimizations, and email sign-up form optimization.
Step Four
Once we’ve implemented your initial strategy and have seen consistent success, we will invite you to continue to work together as an ongoing partnership.
